We visited the Blue Door Pub the other day for some burgers. Mainly for some Juicy Lucy's. For those of you who do not know what a Juicy Lucy is, it's a cheese burger with the cheese cooked inside of the burger. It's a Minnesota thing I think. The Blue Door Pub is a small little neighborhood pub in St. Paul. Their menu if full of burgers and other things but, you are crazy if you are coming here and not having a burger. They have a long list of Juicy Lucy's but, they call their burgers Juicy Blucy's. I had their flagship burger, "THE BLUCY". Instead of regular cheese inside, it was stuffed with bleu cheese and chopped garlic. I had a side of tator-tots with cajun seasoning on the side. It was delicious. The melting, oozing cheese from inside of the burger is pure perfection. The tator-tots were awesome as well. I had so much anticipation built up to eat this burger that I inhaled everything and then I remembered that I was going to take a picture of it beforehand. Oh well. Let me know if you want to join me for this Minnesota phenomenon...
