Nike Free 5.0 V4Julie just picked these up for me from the NikeTown in San Francisco. I love em. These are super light with the Nike Free sole. The Nike Free technology was developed to mimic barefooot walking or running. There have been recent studies that have concluded that our feet have been trying to evolve to us wearing shoes. Before shoes, humans ran or walked the earth barefoot and with the addition of shoes, our feet may not be striking the ground correctly and this may cause foot problems like fallen arches or Plantar Fasciitis. You are already starting to see many companies come out with similar technologies. I love this color. Has anyone noticed that I like the neon green or volt color from Nike? I love this color. I probably have atleast 10 pairs with this colorway. I am actually thinking about taking some photos in my favorite shoes in some of my favorites places. I haven't decided yet though. I should have enough firepower in one of my cameras but, some of my favorites shoes are boxed up right now. It'll be a project after we move into a new house sometime in the year 2009. Keep on checkin though. I may post a teaser pic just so you'll be curious to see more.
