It's about time I get my butt into shape again. I'm not going to let my knee pain get in my way any longer. No pain, no gain right? I'll be tackling the P90X program this time. I've done a few of the videos and they are butt kicking. I haven't even attempted the tougher videos yet though. If you watch the infomercial, you'll want to pick up a copy of the workout too. The workout is actually harder than it looks. I'll be trying to get into P90X shape for the next two weeks before I start the program. Yes, you have to be in OK shape to do this program. It's not for a totally out of shape. I don't think I'll blog my process but, we'll see. Maybe I'll just post pictures when I'm all done with the entire program. Wish me luck...

Peter 90X...
