During the weekend of June 19-21st, I will be competing in the 22nd annual Minnesota Majestic Disc Golf Tournament. Yes, Disc Golf!!! It's the fastest growing sport that nobody knows about. I am an avid disc golfer and I love playing in this tournament. The atmosphere, the courses, and the players are all top notch. I will be playing in one of the lower divisions but, in the Pro division, almost all of the top players in the country will also be in attendance. On Sunday, there will be a Final 9 showcase where the top 4 men and the top 3 women will play a final 9 holes to determine the winner of each division. The showcase will be at Hyland Snow and Ski Area in Bloomington. This venue sets up very nicely for viewing. You can either follow the groups up and down the ski hills or just watch from the bottom of the hill. Hopefully I can play well enough to win my division this year. I think I have a solid chance and hopefully I can finally bring home a trophy...
