Where have all the Spirits gone

It was a busy weekend. We had a cultural ceremony to help out and attend and we also had to somehow get started on working on our new investment property. So, I awoke Saturday morning to get to the slaughterhouse before I stuck in a very long line. I don't know what hits you harder, 40 below zero wind chills when first stepping out in the morning or stepping into a slaughterhouse first thing in the morning. Either way, you are sternly awaken. We quickly find our pigs, wait for them to be slaughtered, pull and clean the stomach and liver, and away we go.

The ceremony went off without a hitch. I was able to keep my little monsters from blowing out any candles and running in front of the shaman during the ceremony. I got a few pictures and videos from the ceremony. I wish my wife's uncle nothing but, great health and great fortunes.

Here is part of the ceremony.
